Missing Children Found Safe in Indiana, Amber Alert Cancelled

An Amber Alert was issued for two missing children in Cleveland after their mother failed to give them over to children and family services and made threats to harm them. The children, aged 5 and 8 months, were found safe in Waterloo, Indiana. The father of the kids, Andrew Lopez, may have been involved. It is unclear if anyone is being charged in the matter or if the parents were with the children when they were found.
