Missing children found safe after possible abduction in Cortland.

A statewide Amber Alert was issued for a young boy and girl who were possibly abducted in Cortland, New York. The children were found safe and healthy in Syracuse, and the Amber Alert was canceled. The suspect, Anthony M. Bowman Jr., was driving a red SUV Chevrolet Equinox with NY license plate number KYV2137. Anyone with information is asked to call the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office or dial 911.
