Minneapolis Mass Shooting Leaves Officer and Civilian Dead

Osman Said Jimale, 32, was identified as the civilian killed in a mass shooting in south Minneapolis. The incident occurred inside an apartment complex where a Minneapolis police officer, Jamal Mitchell, was also fatally shot while providing aid. The suspect was shot dead by police at the scene. A firefighter was injured but later released from the hospital.
