Michigan boy saves sister from kidnapping with slingshot

A 13-year-old boy in Michigan used a slingshot to hit a 17-year-old assailant who had grabbed his 8-year-old sister and covered her mouth in their backyard. The attacker was later arrested by the Michigan State Police and charged with attempted kidnapping/child enticement, attempted assault to do great bodily harm less than murder, and assault and battery. The teenager had visible wounds from the slingshot.
