Maryland Shooting Leaves 3 Dead and 3 Injured After Parking Dispute

A man has been charged with three counts of second-degree murder and related counts in the killings of three people and wounding three others in a shooting in Annapolis. The shooting occurred after an argument over street parking during a large graduation party. The suspect, Charles Robert Smith, 45, of Annapolis, is being held in jail without bond. The weapons used in the shooting were a “long gun” and a semiautomatic handgun. The motive behind the shooting is still under investigation.
