Man's Car Theft Leads to Abandoned Toddler in NE Portland

A three-year-old girl was found safe after a man stole a car with her inside in northeast Portland. The child's father alerted the police, but the suspect drove away. Shortly after, the girl was spotted walking down the street, and she has since been reunited with her parents. Authorities are seeking information about the stolen vehicle, a dark blue 2017 Subaru Outback with Oregon license plate 639JVQ.
