Manhunt underway for driver who intentionally plowed into pedestrians in North Seattle

Seattle Police are investigating two incidents of vehicular assaults in North Seattle where drivers intentionally targeted pedestrians. Cell phone video from inside the car captured the disturbing incidents, with passengers encouraging the driver to hit the victims. The victims have not been identified, and the responsible individuals have not been caught. Seattle Police Chief Adrian Diaz is urging anyone with information to come forward.
