Manhunt underway for 3 armed suspects linked to Sioux City murder

Police in Sioux City are searching for three individuals connected to a fatal shooting, including Faron Starr, a suspect in the homicide, and Nathaniel Frazier and Amanda Hayes, persons of interest. All three are considered armed and dangerous, with lengthy criminal histories. Starr was also previously arrested for a stabbing incident in 2022.
