Man Shot at Harford Mall, Police Investigating

Bel Air police are searching for Wesley Lyons, a 35-year-old man from Edgewood, in connection with a targeted shooting at Harford Mall. The incident, which occurred Sunday afternoon, left a 42-year-old man injured and in stable condition at a Baltimore hospital. Two women, Lisa Gregg and Lateia Green, have been arrested in connection with the case.
