Man Shot and Run Over by U-Haul at Philadelphia Gas Station

A man was shot twice in the legs at a gas station in Philadelphia's East Falls section and was then run over by a woman in a U-Haul truck. The victim is in critical condition at an area hospital. Police are searching for a third vehicle involved in the crime, whose driver shot the victim before the U-Haul driver ran him over. No motive has been determined yet.
