Man in custody after 26-year-old woman stabbed on Michigan Ave near Grant Park.

A 26-year-old woman was critically injured after being stabbed in the chest by a 44-year-old man near Grant Park in Chicago. The man was taken into police custody after fleeing the scene on foot. The victim is currently in critical condition at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Charges are pending as detectives investigate the incident.
