Man Hires Investigator to Follow Wife, Suspects Affair, Leads to Murder

Brian Walshe, a Cohasset man accused of murdering his wife Ana Walshe, allegedly hired a private investigator to follow her in the days before her murder because he suspected she was having an affair, according to a prosecutor. Walshe pleaded not guilty to the charges of murder, misleading a police investigation, obstruction of justice, and improper conveyance of a human body. Prosecutors believe Walshe killed Ana Walshe on January 1, dismembered her, and disposed of her body. The remains have not been found. Walshe was ordered held without bail.
