Man found 40 miles away from hit-and-run incident with body in car

A man's body was found inside a car parked at a Jack in the Box in White Settlement, Texas, nearly 40 miles away from where police believe he was hit by the car. The victim, believed to be homeless, was known to stay in the area near I-30 in Cockrell Hill Road in Dallas County. The driver, Nestor Lujan Flores, was found slumped in the driver's seat with a body in the passenger seat and significant front-end damage to the car. Police believe Flores struck the victim in Dallas County and drove with him for 38 miles until the car broke down. Flores has been arrested on a pending charge of intoxication manslaughter, and police are awaiting the results of a blood alcohol test.
