Man faces multiple charges including ATM robbery.

Randall Ballard, who was accused of robbing a woman at an ATM in Memphis last month, has been arrested and charged with multiple crimes, including stealing cars, robbing a business, and holding employees at gunpoint. Crime reports involving the suspect date back to January 26, when he was found in a stolen car. Ballard is set to appear in court on charges of aggravated robbery, theft of property, evading arrest, possession of a firearm/commission of a felony, and reckless driving.
