Man charged in drive-by shooting that killed pregnant woman in St. Paul.

A 24-year-old St. Paul man, Paul Dwayne Harris, has been charged with second-degree murder, second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and illegally possessing a firearm in connection with the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Gabriella Dehoyos, who was pregnant. Dehoyos was shot on Monday and died on Tuesday. Harris was identified by Dehoyos' boyfriend, who said he saw Harris pointing a gun at him before the shooting. Harris was convicted twice for illegally having a firearm and was on supervised release from his executed 60-month prison sentence in connection to these convictions.
