Man Arrested for Strangling Woman in Car with Children Present

A Cedar Rapids man, Raylon Jones, has been charged with two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault and two counts of child endangerment after allegedly hitting and strangling a woman while she was driving on the interstate with two children in the backseat. The incident occurred during an argument between Jones and his wife, with Jones reportedly grabbing the woman's neck and threatening to kill her. The woman suffered visible injuries and nearly lost consciousness while driving.
