Man arrested for sexually assaulting child, says sheriff.

Stuart Manuel Rios, 49, was arrested by Bexar County Sheriff's deputies for sexually assaulting a child. Rios was caught in the act by a woman who called the authorities. He was later found in a hotel room and gave a partial confession. Rios was charged with indecency with a child - contact, a second-degree felony, and was released on bond.
