Man arrested for kidnapping woman found in U-Haul truck during traffic stop.

A traffic stop in Maryland led to the discovery of a kidnapped woman in a U-Haul truck and the arrest of Dennis Bell, who faces multiple charges including kidnapping, assault, false imprisonment, and possession of suspected crack cocaine. The victim reported that Bell pushed her into the truck in Washington, D.C., and threatened to kill her. Bell drove around all day with the victim sitting on the floor board in the front seat, removing her clothing and using a pocket knife to stab her fingers. The truck eventually became disabled in a ditch, and troopers discovered the victim after gaining entry through the passenger side window.
