Man arrested for attempting to drag mother by hair in NYC street with knife

A knife-wielding man in Midtown Manhattan was arrested after attempting to drag his mother by her hair to an ATM while threatening to kill her. Witnesses called 911 after seeing the disturbing incident, and two police officers were injured during the arrest.
