Maine's Congressional Delegation Demands Army Investigation into Lewiston Shooting

Maine's congressional delegation, consisting of Republican Sen. Susan Collins, independent Sen. Angus King, and Democratic Reps. Chellie Pingree and Jared Golden, is calling for an Army investigation into the events leading up to the October mass shooting in Lewiston, Maine, which left 18 people dead. The delegation has requested a separate, independent, concurrent investigation to understand what happened and identify any breakdowns or system failures that enabled the shooter, Robert Card, to commit the shootings. The families of the victims have also called for answers and appreciate the lawmakers' swift action.
