Maine shooting suspect: Firearms instructor under mental health treatment

A man identified as Robert Card, a firearms instructor trained by the military, has been named a person of interest in a mass shooting in Lewiston, Maine. Card had recently been committed to a mental health facility and had reported hearing voices and making threats. The shootings at a bowling alley and a bar left at least 16 people dead and dozens wounded. Authorities are still searching for the suspect, and residents have been advised to stay indoors.
