Louisville shooter's parents open up about son's mental health struggles and tragic shooting.

The parents of Connor Sturgeon, who killed five co-workers at a Louisville bank, said their son had been struggling with mental health issues for a year but was seeing a psychiatrist and taking medication. Just days before the shooting, he called his mother to say he had had a panic attack and needed time off work. The Sturgeons said their son shouldn't have been able to buy the AR-15 assault-style rifle used in the attack because of his mental state. The families of four of the victims declined to comment, but one family said the shooting "didn't have to happen" and called for gun control.
