Lori Vallow's Not Guilty Plea in Fatal Shooting of 4th Husband

Lori Vallow, already serving a life sentence for the murder of her two children, pleaded not guilty to charges of murdering her fourth husband and plotting to kill her niece's ex-husband. Vallow was extradited from Idaho to Arizona and arraigned on first-degree murder and first-degree premeditated murder charges. Her trial is scheduled to begin on April 4, 2024. Prosecutors requested more time, arguing that the trial date was not appropriate for a complex first-degree murder case. Vallow's attorney objected, and the judge maintained the date but agreed to discuss the matter further at the next court appearance.
