Little Rock Airport Executive's ATF Case and Fatal Shootout Details Revealed

The released search warrant affidavit details the ATF case against Bryan Malinowski, a Little Rock airport executive who was shot and killed by federal agents serving a search warrant at his home. The affidavit alleges that Malinowski purchased and resold numerous firearms without a dealer's license, with some of the guns being connected to crimes. ATF agents had been trailing Malinowski and planted a tracking device on his SUV before the fatal shootout occurred during the execution of the search warrant.
