Lavontez Davis, 24, has been indicted on two counts of murder, one count of felonious assault, and one count of strangulation in connection with the death of Jason McKinnon following an FC Cincinnati match. The incident, caught on camera, shows Davis attacking McKinnon after a verbal altercation with Davis' girlfriend, who was driving for DoorDash.
