Anderson County Sheriff Chad McBride has named Amy Vilardi and her husband Ross Vilardi as persons of interest in the 2015 quadruple homicide of Michael and Cathy Scott, along with their mothers Barbara Scott and Violet Taylor, in Pendleton. The Vilardis, who lived on the same property, have always denied any involvement in the murders. The sheriff believes the crime was planned and personal, and hopes new evidence will lead to charges being filed in the near future.
