Kingsbury family granted custody of Madeline Kingsbury's children

The children of missing Winona woman Madeline Kingsbury will remain in the care of her family, as their father admitted to not having legal custody of them. Kingsbury disappeared on March 31 and investigators have called her disappearance "involuntary and suspicious." The trial to determine whether the children require protection services was canceled.
