Juvenile suspects apprehended after police chase in Buchanan County and Harrisonville.

Two juveniles were arrested after leading police on a high-speed chase through urban and rural parts of Buchanan County in a stolen GMC pickup truck. The chase ended after almost 2.5 miles of travel through a cornfield and the suspects were apprehended after stop sticks were used to halt the vehicle. Police found drugs inside the truck and the suspects were charged with multiple offenses including eluding while participating in a felony, possession of marijuana, and second-degree motor vehicle theft.
