Investigation underway into suspicious death of Augusta man found on side of road

The death of Tyler Robinson, a 34-year-old man from Augusta, Maine, found on the side of Old Belgrade Road, has been ruled a homicide. The Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit is investigating the incident after the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and determined the manner of death to be homicide. Police are asking for anyone who may have witnessed people running in the roadway between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Friday to come forward with information.
