"Identity Revealed: 19-Year-Old Woman Fatally Shot in Pearl District Identified by Police"

The Portland Police Bureau has identified the 19-year-old woman who was killed in a shooting in the Pearl District as Rylee Hatlen. Officers responded to the scene early Sunday and found Hatlen with a gunshot wound. Despite immediate care, she died at the scene. The cause of death has been determined to be homicide by gunshot.
