Identity of Deceased Man Found in St. Cloud Park Revealed by Authorities

The body of David Salinas, a 39-year-old man, was found in Heritage Park in St. Cloud, Minnesota, a day after a foot chase with police. The preliminary autopsy report showed no signs of physical trauma or hypothermia, and Salinas did not drown. The medical examiner is awaiting toxicology results. Salinas was wanted on multiple felony warrants and had fled from the custody of the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
