Identity of 38-year-old man killed in Midfield shooting revealed

Anthony Derrell Young, a 38-year-old man from Bessemer, was killed in a shooting in Midfield. Deputies responded to reports of an argument and found Young with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. A suspect, a 57-year-old man, was located and taken into custody. Charges have not yet been announced. This is one of two separate shootings that occurred in Midfield over the weekend.
