Howard County Police Recover 15,000 Stolen Construction Tools

Detectives in Howard County have recovered $3-$5 million worth of stolen construction tools from storage units, believed to have been taken from various locations in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. The investigation, which began in January, has led to search warrants at 12 locations, and more than 80 victims have been identified so far. The case is ongoing, and no charges have been filed yet. Victims are encouraged to contact the police if they believe their stolen tools have been recovered.
