Howard County Police Recover 15,000 Stolen Construction Tools

Howard County Police have recovered around 15,000 stolen construction tools, valued at $3-to-5 million, in one of the region's largest theft investigations. The tools, stolen from Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, were found in a warehouse and other locations. No arrests have been made yet, but police are close to charging multiple suspects. The investigation began in January after a victim's tracking device led police to a storage unit. Authorities are working to return the tools to their rightful owners.
