Houston Teens Arrested for Paralyzing Woman in Robbery, Chef Offers Free Meals

Two teenagers have been arrested and charged in connection with the violent robbery of a Houston woman who was left paralyzed. Joseph Harrell, 17, and Zy'Nika Ayesha Woods, 19, were charged with aggravated robbery after following Nhung Truong from a bank and attacking her for the cash she had withdrawn. Surveillance video helped detectives determine the license plate for the vehicle seen fleeing the scene of the crime. The arrests were announced more than a month after the incident.
