"Hate Crime Charges Filed Against Grand Island Resident"

A Grand Island man, Jason Lemburg, has been charged with terroristic threats and third-degree assault with a hate crime enhancement after allegedly assaulting a black man at Ryder Park. Lemburg is accused of hitting the victim multiple times and making racially motivated threats. He has been arrested and his bond has been set at 10 percent of $35,000.
