"Hate Crime Charges Filed Against Grand Island Resident"

A 46-year-old man from Grand Island, Nebraska, has been charged with terroristic threats and third-degree assault with a hate crime enhancement after allegedly assaulting a black man at Ryder Park. The suspect, Jason Lemburg, reportedly hit the victim multiple times and made threats, telling him to "go back to his home country." Lemburg has been arrested and his bond has been set at 10 percent of $35,000.
