"Hannah Payne Found Guilty in Vigilante Murder Trial"

Hannah Payne, a 24-year-old woman, has been found guilty of murder after chasing down an elderly man and shooting him dead following a minor car crash. Payne, who acted like a police officer, pursued Kenneth Herring, 62, in her vehicle, punched him through his window, and then shot him on a busy highway in Georgia. She was convicted of two counts of felony murder, possession of a weapon during a crime, malice murder, aggravated assault, and false imprisonment. Payne claimed self-defense, but the state presented evidence that she was the initial aggressor. She is set to be sentenced on Friday.
