Gunfire Exchange in SE Portland Leaves 1 Injured, 1 Arrested

One man was injured and another man was arrested after shots were fired between two vehicles in southeast Portland. The incident occurred on Southeast 115th Avenue, and the victim, a man in his 60s, was found with a gunshot wound on Southeast Stark Street. The suspect, identified as Kelvin O. Malone, was apprehended at an apartment near Northeast 159 Avenue and Northeast Sandy Boulevard. Malone faces charges of attempted murder, assault, and unlawful use of a weapon.
