Gun violence strikes again at funeral of 10-year-old victim.

One person is dead and another injured after a shooting at the burial of a 10-year-old girl who was killed by a stray bullet on Mother's Day in Southeast, D.C. The shooting victims were in a dispute "not directly related to the funeral," and one person is in police custody. The identities and relationship between the victims are unknown. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) who shot and killed the 10-year-old girl.
