Good Samaritan's kindness turns dangerous in late-night encounter

A man in San Antonio was stabbed after giving a stranger a ride from a bar. The couple dropped off the unknown woman but she approached the vehicle again, leading to an argument. During the argument, the woman cut the man on his arm and fled. The man was taken to the hospital for treatment, and no other injuries were reported.
