Good Samaritan saves 3-year-old shot in Philadelphia.

A 3-year-old boy was shot in the cheek in Philadelphia's Grays Ferry neighborhood. Meeka Outlaw, a teacher and fellow mom, jumped into action to help save the child by driving him and his mother to a nearby fire station. The boy was taken to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in critical but stable condition. Police have not made any arrests, and evidence suggests the shooting occurred inside a property. Outlaw expressed exhaustion with the gun violence in her city and hopes the child recovers.
