Gilbert In-N-Out Attack Leads to Teen's Indictment

Christopher Fantastic has been indicted on charges of aggravated robbery and aggravated assault in connection to the beating of a teen at a Gilbert In-N-Out. The attack, which occurred in August, involved Fantastic, Aris Arredondo, and two 16-year-olds. Fantastic allegedly punched the victim and stole his shoes, which he later gave to Arredondo. Arredondo, who was also arrested, claimed he only made a "flinching motion" towards the victim, but witnesses said he started the fight. Investigators are also looking into potential connections to the group known as the "Gilbert Goons."
