Funeral service owner shoots pallbearer at 10-year-old's burial.

The owner of a funeral service company, Wilson Wesley Chavis, has been arrested and charged with murder after a fatal shooting at the funeral of 10-year-old Arianna Davis. The victim, Ronald Steven Banks, was a pallbearer at the burial service being held at the cemetery. Police say the shooting started over a long-standing business dispute between Chavis' company, Compassion and Serenity Funeral Home, and Freeman Funeral Services. Chavis allegedly confronted two people affiliated with Freeman Funeral Services and fired shots, killing Banks. Court documents reveal that Freeman had filed for a temporary peace order against Chavis in mid-May for alleged threatening and harassing behavior.
