Fugitive Michael Burham Escapes Pennsylvania Jail, Manhunt Underway

A manhunt is underway for Michael C. Burham, the prime suspect in the shooting death of a woman in Jamestown and the subsequent kidnapping of a Warren County couple. Burham escaped from the Warren County Jail on Thursday night and authorities are urging the public to be vigilant. It is unclear how he managed to escape, but officials do not believe he received any assistance while incarcerated.
