Fugitive Michael Burham captured in South Carolina after multistate crime spree.

Michael Burham, a man wanted in several states for his alleged involvement in a rape and homicide case, as well as kidnapping two victims at gunpoint, was captured after a four-day manhunt in the Lowcountry. Burham appeared in federal court and waived his rights to both an identity hearing and a preliminary hearing. He requested to have his detention hearing in the Western District of New York, where his original criminal complaint is from.
