Fugitive Inmate Apprehended at Augusta Residence on Alpine Road

The third of four inmates who escaped from the Bibb County Detention Center in Georgia was captured at a home in Augusta. During the arrest, authorities discovered large amounts of drugs inside the house. The FBI, along with local law enforcement agencies, were involved in the search. One inmate remains on the run. Neighbors were surprised by the FBI raid and expressed relief that everyone is safe.
