Four Arrested in Florida Child Abuse Case Involving Caged Victims

Four adults, including a couple and two young adults, were arrested in Florida for abusing nine children, some of whom were caged, beaten, and given nonprescribed medication, with the children being kept in poor conditions and not provided proper education.
