The federal trial of former Louisville Metro Police officer Brett Hankison, charged in connection with the deadly raid on Breonna Taylor's home, is set to begin on Monday. Hankison is facing charges of deprivation of rights for firing into Taylor's apartment, as well as shooting into a neighboring unit. The trial, expected to last about three weeks, was delayed to allow the defense to review evidence.
