Florida Woman's Neighbor Feud Ends in Fatal Shooting and Arrest.

Susan Lorincz, a 58-year-old woman from Florida, has been arrested and charged with manslaughter with a firearm, culpable negligence, battery, and two counts of assault in the death of her 35-year-old neighbor, Ajike Owens. Lorincz had purchased a gun a year prior "for protection after an altercation" with Owens. Owens was shot moments after going to Lorincz's apartment, who had yelled at Owens' children as they played in a nearby lot. Lorincz had several interactions with Owens in the past, and while they were not friendly, there were never any threats of violence against her by Owens. Lorincz is being held on no-bond status.
